All check-out instructions will now be provided right away on a listing’s website, according to Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky. Users may rate checkout duties as well, and if the host receives enough unfavourable reviews, their listing will be taken down.
“Checking out of Airbnbs can be a pain due to unreasonable checkout tasks,” Chesky said. Starting today, you may comment on any checkout chores that are part of the review flow, and we’ll delete any listings that have a history of receiving poor checkout ratings.
In an effort to reinvent its service and revive the business, Airbnb is launching 50 new features and enhancements, including the new policy.
