Here, they are welcomed by a three-story Sky Lobby, featuring a prominent Grand Stair that gracefully winds its way around the atrium. This architectural element is emblematic of the renowned Raffles brand. In addition to serving as a check-in area for hotel guests, this expansive facility serves as a hub for social interaction and provides four unique dining and beverage establishments. The dining options available at the establishment encompass Amar by Chef George Mendes, a renowned restaurant that offers contemporary Portuguese cuisine infused with elements inspired by Boston’s maritime heritage. The design of the property, which draws inspiration from local sources, improves the inviting and sophisticated atmosphere of the Back Bay area. At the same time, it provides visitors with a peaceful and serene urban retreat. The building’s exterior architecture was designed by The Architectural Team (TAT) Inc. The hotel rooms and several hotel amenity spaces were fashioned by the award-winning hospitality design firm Stonehill Taylor. The Fitness Center and Spa, as well as the Raffles’ Residences, which can be purchased, were designed by the acclaimed Rockwell Group. Raffles Boston is led by a team mostly composed of individuals with a strong affinity for the city of Boston. The development team consists of Jordan Warshaw from The Noannet Group, Gary Saunders from Saunders Hotel Group, and their worldwide development and equity partner, Cain International. Construction funding was provided by Madison Realty Capital.
