Trip.com Group has announced a childcare assistance programme for its employees worldwide. Employees who have been with the company for at least three years will receive an annual cash incentive of RMB 10,000 for each newborn child from the child’s first birthday through the child’s fifth birthday. The company intends to invest 1 billion RMB in employee family planning subsidies and to promote working families.

By introducing this new childcare benefit, we hope to provide financial assistance that will encourage our employees to start or expand their families without sacrificing their professional goals and accomplishments.”
