A star-studded ceremony was held at Atlantis The Royal to officially open the luxury twin-tower waterfront property by UAE-based The Luxe Developers on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The 206-unit development, which has a price tag of over AED1.5 billion, will have 18 floors and feature one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, six penthouses, and two luxurious sky villas. All units will have access to private pools and indoor and outdoor entertaining areas with unhindered views of the Arabian Gulf.
Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi and Dr. Aman Puri, the Counsel General of India, were among the attendees.
